Omar Hussain, MD

Dr. Hussain is a board-certified plastic and general surgeon whose true passion is helping each patient achieve their individual beauty ideals through profound expertise in aesthetic surgery and the latest advancements in the field. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College and earned his MD from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, followed by a General Surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center—where he received the Leo Rigler Award—and a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic, serving as Chief Resident. His early career at Cedars-Sinai balanced aesthetic and complex reconstructive procedures for cancer and trauma patients, and he currently serves on the Cancer Committee while teaching the Plastic Surgery skills lab twice yearly to general surgery residents. Dr. Hussain resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children and is recognized for his integrity, compassion, and expertise in correcting undesirable cosmetic surgery results, while dedicating significant time to philanthropy through medical missions and pro bono training with Shine Humanity in underserved regions worldwide.
