Anita Patel, MD

Dr. Anita Patel was born and raised in Michigan, and is a mid-westerner at heart. She excelled in academics from an early age and attended the Honors College at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Biology.

She stayed in Ann Arbor to attend the prestigious University of Michigan Medical School, ranked the #6 medical school in the country by the US News & World Report that year.

In 2001, she received her medical doctorate (M.D.) and began her career as a doctor and surgeon. Dr. Patel is also a member of Mensa, a high IQ society whose members have an IQ in the top 2% of the population.
