A TRUSTED RESOURCE FOR PLASTIC SURGERY
Andre Panossian, MD
Andre Panossian, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Pasadena whose practice bridges reconstructive microsurgery and aesthetic surgery of the face. He is best known for facial reanimation — restoring movement and expression to patients with facial paralysis resulting from Bell's palsy, acoustic neuroma, Moebius syndrome, trauma, and congenital conditions — and has spent more than two decades refining techniques including lengthening temporalis myoplasty, nerve transfers, and free functional muscle transfer. In addition, he is a global expert on neurofibromatosis. Dr. Panossian most recently starred in "About Face" on TLC where he put his reconstructive skills to the test on the national stage.
Alongside his reconstructive work, Dr. Panossian maintains an aesthetic practice focused on rhinoplasty (primary, revision, and functional), deep plane facelift, and blepharoplasty, bringing a facial nerve surgeon's precision to elective surgery of the face. His practice also encompasses vascular anomalies and pediatric plastic surgery. He volunteers surgical care with Mending Kids and welcomes complex facial paralysis referrals from colleagues throughout Southern California and beyond.
